Qualifications

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Position Summary

Laurel Hall is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist to support students in both academic and non-academic settings. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and the education team to implement behavior management strategies, provide instructional support, and help create a safe and positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities.
  • Model appropriate behavior and responsible use of technology.
  • Implement behavior management strategies and interventions.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform CPR and approved intervention techniques.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and actively engage with students throughout the workday.
  • Willingness to transport students in a company vehicle as needed.
  • Ability to maintain consistent on-site attendance.
