Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking a paraprofessional to support students in Marlborough, MA schools within the special education program. The role includes instructional support, progress monitoring, and helping students meet IEP goals under a certified teacher's supervision.

Responsibilities include delivering classroom activities, supervising during transitions, and assisting with hygiene and behavior management. This is a daytime, Monday–Friday position with equal employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 undergraduate credits required or completed.
• ParaPro test 464/480 or higher required.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish and/or Portuguese).
• Prior experience with children in a school setting preferred.
• Able to lift 25 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students individually or in small groups under supervisor.
• Assist with IEP goals and instructional plans.
• Prepare lessons and activities at teacher direction.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain discipline.
• Support student hygiene and mobility needs.
• Supervise students during lunch, outings, and bus transitions.
• Assist in preparing classroom materials and maintaining filing systems.
