Qualifications

• Pass ParaPro Praxis (455) or Master Teacher assessments or Paraprofessional assessment.
• Completed apprenticeship as paraeducator in a registered program.

Responsibilities

• Supports teachers in meeting instructional, educational, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students with disabilities.
• Provide instructional support in small or large groups to reinforce learning objectives.
• Assist with observation, data recording, behavior charting, and classroom prep.
• Follow plans and district policies for student health, safety, and well-being.
• Collaborate with Special Education and other teachers to support student progress.
