Harford County Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator – Special Education at Havre de Grace Elementary School to assist with instructional programs and the personal needs of students with disabilities. The role supports instruction, data collection, and implementation of IEPs/IFSPs under teacher supervision.

The position is a full-time ten-month assignment with a starting salary of $27,242 and a maximum earnings potential of $45,749, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to students during instruction.
• Assist with data collection, testing, and student assessment.
• Assist with implementation of IEPs/IFSPs for students with special needs.
• Monitor student behavior and apply behavioral strategies.
• Assist with personal care needs including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Prepare instructional materials as directed.
• Support school-wide duties and classroom activities.
• Participate in professional development programs.
• Support students via digital platforms during instruction.
