Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of college (48 semester hours) or paraprofessional test.
• CPR and First Aid training preferred; CPI training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional programs for students in individual, small, and large group settings.
• Assist with implementing IEPs and accommodations under licensed staff supervision.
• Supervise students across classrooms, lunchroom, bus loading, and field trips.
• Facilitate speech and language development; may use sign language or assistive tech.
• Assist therapists with documenting progress and data collection.
