Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 48 hours of college credit or pass the ParaPro exam.
• Experience with working with students with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement drills and instructional support as directed by the teacher for groups or individual students.
• Keep accurate data on student progress and assist in data collection.
• Supervise and monitor student activities within the school and in community settings.
• Provide personal care and assistance to students as needed (self-help and hygiene support).
• Assist with behavior management following district policies.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student progress and information.
