Minne tonka Public School District is seeking a Class D1 Special Education Paraprofessional for Clear Springs Elementary. Position is 6.5 hours daily for about 18 weeks, posting date 10/21/2026 with a closing date of 10/27/2026 at noon. Start ASAP; location at Clear Springs Elementary in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Personal Care Assistant Training certification required as part of pre-employment process.
• Experience supporting student instruction in classroom settings preferred.
• Ability to work with individuals with special needs and follow IEP plans.

Responsabilités

• Support, modify, adjust and monitor individualized instruction for special education students in 1:1 or small groups.
• Assist with self-care tasks including feeding, dressing, toileting; assist with repositioning.
• Operate and supervise use of special education equipment and augmentative devices.
• Implement behavior management techniques and monitor student behavior.
• Participate in IEP conferences and meetings with staff and parents.
• Record observational data, maintain logs and behavior charts, monitor attendance daily.
• Participate in district trainings and third-party reimbursement tasks as needed.
