Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Special Education teaching experience.
• Campus leadership experience in Special Education.
• Experience coaching/mentoring teachers and providing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ARD meetings, FIEs, and triannual IEP reviews with teams.
• Draft and maintain IEPs and related paperwork in compliance with guidelines.
• Lead SPED team and supervise SPED Teachers and TAs on caseloads.
• Collaborate with LSSP's, Diagnosticians, and administrators for evaluations.
• Monitor implementation of IEPs by general education staff.
• Provide guidance and support to families and staff throughout the process.
