Sunderland Elementary School, Calvert County Public Schools, seeks an Instructional Assistant 2 to support students with disabilities in both special and general education settings, aiding IEPS and BIPs. This 10-month, 190-day, 7-hour-per-day role reports to the Principal and works with teachers to create a structured, inclusive classroom.

Required: a high school diploma or GED; experience with children with disabilities; CPI/restorative practices training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide instructional, behavioral and social-emotional supports to students with disabilities.
• Assist with implementing IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Support daily activities and data collection; collaborate with teachers and staff.
