Starting hourly rate is $20.00 with a 10-month schedule. Successful candidates will help with behavioral and educational data collection and may assist with routines such as arrival and dismissal and lunch

Qualifications

• Requires post-secondary education or PDE credentialing.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Safety Cares certification required.

Responsibilities

• Discusses teaching areas with classroom teacher to coordinate instructional efforts.
• Assists students individually or in groups with lessons to reinforce concepts.
• Assists teacher in devising strategies based on students' needs, interests and abilities.
• Guides independent study and remedial tasks as assigned by the teacher.
• Distributes and collects learning materials for instruction.
• Assists with arrival/dismissal and with student supervision during class.
