Qualifications

  • Associate degree or two years of college (or HS diploma with required tests).
  • Valid Paraprofessional Certificate.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide instructional support to individuals and/or small groups of Students With Disabilities.
  • Assist with classroom management and supervise students for safety.
  • Perform data collection and routine record-keeping as instructed by the teacher.
  • Assist in clerical tasks such as ordering and inventory of classroom materials.
  • Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office and comply with technology policies.
  • Participate in professional learning and maintain confidentiality of student information.
  • Attend meetings and follow the supervisor's directions in a cooperative manner.
