Job summary

KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School in Lynn, MA, seeks a Special Education Inclusion Lead Teacher for a high school setting within the Greater Boston area. You will lead inclusive instruction, co-plan with homeroom teachers, and advocate for students through IEP coordination and responsive supports.

You will collaborate with families, co-teach in core classes, and write IEP documentation while delivering rigorous instruction that aligns with school-wide college-readiness goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience (Special Education preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to drive student growth and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead in a classroom with inclusive instruction.
• Maintain strong communication with families about student progress.
• Write and manage IEP and 504 paperwork and meetings.
