KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is seeking a Lead Teacher for the 2027-2028 academic year in Greater Boston. This full-time role focuses on delivering rigorous, differentiated instruction within a joyful, inclusive environment and partnering with families to advance student success.

As a lead teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, monitor student growth, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure equitable outcomes across grades K-4 in Lynn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead in a classroom, including lead classroom role later in the year.
• Set specific, ambitious growth goals with all students and track progress.
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment and implement engaging instruction.
• Maintain accurate student grades/records and communicate regularly with families.
