• Lead or co-lead in a classroom, with responsibilities like independent teaching, co-teaching, or short/long-term coverage.
• Maintain a positive, safe learning environment and engage students daily.
• Prepare rigorous lessons leveraging provided curricula and resources.
• Set ambitious growth goals for all students and monitor progress.
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and performance.
• Cover duties including classroom coverage, bus, lunch, transitions and dismissal as needed.
