Job summary

• Perform physical movements and assist classroom teachers in instructional activities.
• Support students individually or in groups per teacher guidance.
• Reinforce material taught in class and help students develop study skills.
• Perform clerical duties to allow teachers more time to teach.
• Supervise students in transit and classroom transitions.
• Follow district policies and procedures and complete tasks as assigned.
• Assist teacher in testing or screening procedures.
