Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills across multiple systems.
• Experience designing management reports to monitor compliance and performance.
• Ability to respond to audits and support state/federal reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly state and federal compliance reporting with the Special Education Information Management team.
• Ensure data accuracy and enrollment/billing reconciliation related to Special Education.
• Design and generate ad hoc reports for district staff and external requesters.
• Support audits and provide aggregated or student-level data as needed.
• Collaborate with DoTS and school staff to maintain data accuracy and policy adherence.
• Develop QA methods to identify trends and ensure data reliability.
