Responsibilities

• Work with children with disabilities in general and special education settings.
• Communicate with teachers and co-workers.
• Motivate students to build self-esteem and independence.
• Use assistive technology and adaptive equipment to support learning.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and Health Plans.
• Gather data on student progress and health as needed.
