Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold or be able to obtain NM PED Level 3 K-12 Educational Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Assists teachers and professionals with preparation and delivery of instructional material.
• Conducts one-on-one and small group activities.
• Transports and assists with student mobility as needed.
• Cares for student needs including feeding, hygiene and daily living activities as required by special education plans.
• Supports implementation of goals and objectives for each student.
• Monitors students in various school settings and enforces school policies.
