You will work with a diverse student population, implement SESI’s instructional model, and collaborate with teachers and specialists to deliver individualized services.

The role emphasizes behavioral and academic support, progress tracking, and family communication within a supportive, data-driven environment. Training and credentialing are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group instruction and assist with assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers.
• Provide behavior and academic support and track progress.
• Support daily plans and reinforce learning with targeted tasks.
• Monitor student safety and assist with mobility or de-escalation as needed.
