Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is hiring an assistant teacher to support students with special needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will work alongside licensed teachers, delivering small-group instruction and implementing individualized supports using SESI’s CASE framework. Join a nationwide network with a focus on evidence-based instructional models, PBIS, and strong collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting.
• Ability to support teachers with small group instruction and behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the teacher to deliver small-group instruction.
• Support customized behavior and academic support plans.
• Assist with assessments and progress tracking.
• Provide accommodations and modifications as needed.
• Supervise students and ensure safety during transitions and activities.
