Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking an ARD Facilitator to lead compliance and program planning for students with disabilities. You will collaborate with school teams to develop IEPs and 504 plans, ensure regulatory adherence, and support campuses with strong, compliant educational programs.

The role emphasizes communication with parents, staff coaching, and data-driven improvement across regional teams to uplift student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Special Education Certification required.
• Satisfactory background check clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in special education services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule ARD meetings and notify parents with timely ARD calendar updates.
• Ensure timelines and compliance per IDEA, 504, and state regs.
• Prepare and monitor ARD paperwork and related documents.
• Support IEP and 504 development and data tracking.
• Provide coaching to campus staff on compliance and processes.
