Job summary

Jefferson Township Public Schools in New Jersey is seeking a Special Education Aide as a leave replacement at Ellen T. Briggs Elementary School. The position is a substitute role with anticipated dates and schedule.

The assignment runs October 13, 2026 through January 15, 2027, four days per week, seven hours per day. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; 60 college credits or ParaPro assessment preferred; preschool aide experience preferred.

Job Goals: To provide an approved education program and establish a class environment fostering learning and personal growth in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Salary: $27.18/hr.
