Qualifications

• Paraprofessional requirements: 60 college credits or a passing score on Work Keys/ParaPro.

• Strong collaboration with classroom teachers and district staff to support student needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing IEP goals and related supports.
• Support individual or small-group instruction as directed by teachers.
• Attend to students’ instructional, personal, and behavioral needs.
• Escort and supervise students during transitions and daily activities.
• Collect and report student performance data to teachers.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain student records as needed.
• Contribute to behavior management plans and student independence efforts.
• Participate in staff development and safety training.
