Responsibilities

• Assist with physical needs and personal care (feeding, bathroom, hygiene).
• Support behavior management and crisis intervention as needed.
• Adapt interactions to individual student needs and differences.
• Help develop motor skills and conduct instructional exercises as assigned.
• Assist students throughout the school day in various settings (lunchroom, bus, playground).
• Keep teacher informed of student needs or problems.
