Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Instruct students under the supervision of a certified teacher.
• Prepare instructional materials and classroom displays.
• Assist with administration and scoring of tests and assignments.
• Maintain a neat and orderly classroom environment.
• Assist with inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment.
• Keep required administrative records and reports.
• Provide orientation to substitute teachers.
• Supervise students during lunch, bus, and playground.
• Report any student needs to the teacher.
• Participate in staff development and meetings.
• Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
