Qualifications

• Must have Illinois Paraprofessional License (ELS-PARA).
• One of four education/assessment options as listed above.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to work under licensed teachers and support IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with physical needs and support general supervision.
• Assist teacher with observation, recording, and charting behavior.
• Assist with IEP-related tutoring and modifications.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources.
• Supervise students in hallway, lunchroom, playground, and on field trips.
