Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree or two years of college (48 hours) or has met ESSA assessment requirements and holds a valid Texas Educational Aide

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 48 college hours, or ESSA assessment as required.
• Valid Texas Educational Aide certificate.
• Ability to work with children with disabilities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Help meet physical and instructional needs of individual students with disabilities inside and outside classroom.
• Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEP), including self-help, behavior management, and instruction programs.
