Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing lesson plans and activities aligned with standards.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction to reinforce learning.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning stations.
• Help manage student behavior with positive routines.
• Supervise students during activities, recess, lunch, and field trips.
• Assist with personal care tasks and meals as needed.
• Assist students on and off the school bus.
• Support emotional and social development in a positive classroom environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized space.
• Assist with attendance, grading worksheets, and records.
