Job summary

Pearland ISD is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to support a special education teacher in Pearland, Texas. You will assist with classroom activities, manage materials, collect data, and help with behavioral and self-help strategies to meet students' instructional needs.

Under supervision, you will implement classroom programs, support administrative requirements, and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment for students with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Assist in preparation and management of classroom activities for students with disabilities.
• Support self-help, behavior management, data collection, and instructional activities.
• Follow supervisor guidance and maintain confidentiality.
