Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or two years of higher education preferred.
• Must complete SBEC certification process for Educational Aide Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in preparing instructional materials.
• Maintain classroom organizational structure.
• Collect individualized student data.
• Provide inclusion support in general and special education.
• Assist in verbal and physical de-escalation of students.
• Supervise students throughout the school day.
