Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks a Special Education Aide/ABA Aide for East Brook Middle School to support classroom routines and ABA-based activities. You will assist in creating a conducive learning environment and help implement instructional plans under supervision.

The role is a 10-month position with a 5.75-hour work day and no benefits. A high school diploma and a genuine interest in education and helping students are required.

Salary:

Evaluation:

Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Non-Certified Personnel.
