Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Minnesota K-12 Special Education teaching license.

Responsibilities

• Provide literacy, English Language Learning, secondary credential, post‑secondary preparation, and/or other adult basic education (ABE) instruction to incarcerated learners.
• Develop and implement curriculum based on Minnesota ABE standards and assess IP progress to guide instruction.
• Serve as the special education case manager for an assigned caseload and ensure due process procedures comply with federal and state regulations.
