Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist students with mild to moderate needs in daily activities and academic tasks.
• Collaborate with teachers and related services to implement IEPs.
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to reinforce concepts.
• Support development of appropriate behavior and social skills.
• Assist with classroom management and organization.
• Monitor and document student progress and achievements.
• Help implement accommodations and modifications per IEPs.
• Receive coaching to strengthen intervention and classroom management techniques.
