Job summary

Two Rivers Supervisory Union in Ludlow, Vermont is seeking a Special Education Co-Director for Staff Support and Service Delivery to provide districtwide leadership for design and continuous improvement of special education services.

Reporting to the Superintendent in collaboration with the Co-Director for Regulatory Compliance, you will strengthen staff capacity, align practice, and ensure high-quality, inclusive, and individualized services for students with disabilities across the district.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in special education required.
• Valid Vermont educator license or eligibility required.
• Experience as instructional leader or administrator preferred.
• Knowledge of MTSS, inclusive practices, and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead districtwide design and improvement of special education services.
• Coach and support special educators and related staff.
• Collaborate with building leaders on staffing and service delivery models.
• Develop structures for regular collaboration across schools.
• Use data to identify patterns and inform staffing and program decisions.
• Promote inclusive practices and equitable outcomes.
