Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with loan portfolios and collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify losses and maximize recoveries on loan portfolios.
• Develop workout action plans and negotiate restructures.
• Monitor delinquency, maturity, and tax reports; follow up with borrowers.
• Prepare bankruptcy and liquidation documents as needed.
• Maintain client records and assist with audits.
