• Develop tailored strategies for clients in financial distress and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate solutions and resolutions.
• Engage with clients through meetings and phone consultations with empathy.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
