Job summary

CPS Energy in San Antonio is seeking a team-oriented professional to assist customers with the New Service Process, review service requests for completeness, and handle frontline inquiries about job status. You will coordinate with scheduling and field crews to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of information.

Responsibilities include entering CIAC billing data in SAP, verifying charges, and supporting design and delivery communications with builders and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and strong communication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering, architectural and construction drawings.
• Experience using SAP, WMIS and GIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the New Service Process and review service requests for completeness.
• Respond to frontline inquiries regarding status of current jobs in the queue.
• Coordinate with scheduling and field crews to ensure dates are met.
• Enter billing information and verify CIAC charges in SAP and related systems.
• Manage inbound calls and emails for design and delivery of new services.
