CLEAResult is seeking a Commercial QA/QC Specialist to support the CPS Energy Commercial Energy Efficiency Program in San Antonio, Texas. The role focuses on conducting quality assurance inspections to ensure installed measures meet program requirements and specifications.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish with strong mechanical aptitude, able to work independently, and to document observations clearly for program reporting. Training on company software will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, construction, or energy efficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quality assurance inspections of commercial energy efficiency projects.
• Perform pre- and post-install verifications for program compliance.
• Inspect lighting, HVAC, building envelope, and energy measures.
• Document findings accurately and maintain records and photos.
• Communicate observations and recommendations to program staff.
