The Ascendancy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Virginia Beach. In this role, you will manage tasks related to warehouse operations within the SPEAR program, including receiving and processing equipment requests.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in warehousing and inventory management within the DoD, and must possess a SECRET security clearance along with a forklift license.

SPEAR Customer Service Representative

This position is contingent on contract award.

Overview

As a TAG Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for warehouse management tasks such as receiving, stowage, and receipt processing within the Special Operations Personal Equipment Advance Requirement (SPEAR) warehouse.

Security Requirement

• Must possess a SECRET security clearance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process and manage initial load‑out and sustainment gear; break out SPEAR equipment requests.
• Input requisitions into the SSAVIE system.
• Process and manage incoming material, stowage, inventories, and daily reconciliation of material issued in SPEAR 3.0.
• Life‑cycle management to include return and disposal of all SPEAR gear issued to Techs and SEALS, using SSAVIE management program.
• Coordinate with Special Operations Force Support Activity (SOFSA) for processing of all items marked for disposal.
• Refurbishment and retrofitting of returned SPEAR gear for reissuance.
• Input requisitions into the SPEAR system.

Requirements

• Maintain forklift license up to 10,000 lb capacity.
• Minimum five years’ warehousing and inventory management experience within the DoD.
• Must meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in official duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
