Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative

Position is contingent on contract award

Security Requirement

• A SECRET security clearance is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Issues and records all parts issued on provided Repair Part Reports and updates the SWALIS/DPAS database.
• Processes initial request, turn‑in, and issue documents (DD Form 1149) of required ancillary gear to Techs and SEALS.
• Receives post‑deployment turn‑in of all ancillary gear and determines serviceability for re‑issue.
• Builds repair‑part kits and toolboxes for deploying units.

Requirements

• At least one year of SWALIS, DPAS, or a similar inventory database experience.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Operates a personal computer with common business software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Accurate data entry into multiple databases.
