Barron's Wealth & Asset Management Events is seeking a highly organized Speaker & Programming Coordinator to support the Senior Director of Programming in developing and executing high-profile wealth management events.

The role emphasizes coordinating speaker experiences, researching topics, drafting materials, and collaborating with production, editorial, sales, and marketing teams. Some travel to events is required throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and speakers with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate speaker experience from confirmation to onsite follow-up.
• Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across events.
• Coordinate calls, agendas, and background materials for speakers and moderators.
• Maintain speaker records, contracts, and planning systems.
• Draft session descriptions and speaker briefs with provided material.
• Work with internal teams to ensure speaker requirements are met.
• Provide onsite support including check-in and AV coordination.
