Dow Jones’s Barron’s Wealth & Asset Management Events is seeking a Speaker & Programming Coordinator to support the Senior Director of Programming in developing and executing events, coordinating speaker experiences from confirmation to onsite and post-event follow-up.

You will manage speaker timelines across multiple events, draft session briefs, work with cross-functional teams, and provide onsite support. A bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years in related fields are preferred; travel is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of relevant professional experience in event programming, conferences, financial services, editorial, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage a high volume of speakers, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple events.
• Strong writing, editing, research, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate speaker from confirmation through post-event follow-up.
• Manage timelines and deadlines across multiple events.
• Coordinate the Senior Director’s speaker and moderator calls, including scheduling and materials.
• Maintain speaker records, program documents, databases, contracts, and planning systems.
• Draft and edit session descriptions and moderator questions.
• Collaborate with production, editorial, sales, marketing, and other teams.
• Provide onsite program support, including speaker check-in and AV coordination.
