Job summary

Baptist Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech (Certified/Uncertified) for full-time evening shift in the operating room. The role covers decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and maintenance of instruments used hospital-wide, collaborating closely with OR, cath lab, and labor and delivery teams.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent; IAHCSMM or CBSPD certification is preferred.

Job Overview

Sterile Processing Tech Certified/Uncertified Full-Time I Shift Operating Room I Lexington, KY Sterile Processing department provides quality instrument care needs to all areas of the hospital and BHMG offices. They are responsible for decontamination, assembling, sterilizing, and maintaining of all instruments that come to the department. They collaborate closely with OR, cath lab, labor and delivery for their instrumentation needs.

Duties
