Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Laboratory Coordinator to oversee all laboratory and pathology department operations in our Kentucky facilities. The role includes coordinating workflow, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, managing staff performance and development, and budgetary responsibilities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor degree, MT/ASCP/MLS/CLS certification or equivalent, and at least four years of related experience.

Requirements
