Job summary

Centrillion Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Molecular Biologist - Spatial Transcriptomics to join a multidisciplinary team developing new molecular assays for high-definition spatial sequencing translational research.

The role involves rapid training on current protocols, collaboration across bioinformatics, manufacturing, and engineering, and contribution to assay optimization. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in a related field and strong data presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry or related field.
• Experience with spatial transcriptomics or single-cell sequencing preferred.
• Experience with next generation sequencing bioinformatics pipelines preferred.
• Strong ability to plan experiments, analyze data sets, interpret results, and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize molecular assays for high-definition spatial sequencing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (bioinformatics, manufacturing, engineering) and external researchers.
• Train and contribute to protocol optimization and assay development.
