Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Spatial Data Manager to support Project Management, Occupancy Planning, and Move Management. The role focuses on maintaining drawings, generating space reports, and acting as the global contact for space data solutions.
The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field and 4–8 years of corporate real estate experience, with strong CAD/CAFM proficiency and data-management skills. This position is office-based with potential for global collaboration.
The Spatial Data Administrator uses CAD and other design/space technology software to provide support to Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Move Managers. Holds responsibility to ensure all current drawings and systems are maintained, relevant space reports are generated on a regular basis and serves as the central point of contact regarding the space technology solution within a client environment. Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with construction and furniture terminology required. Expertise in CAD/CAFM and the methodologies and calculations used to generate and analyze allocation models critical.

The compensation for the position is: $ 76,469.40 - $89,964.00
