Miltenyi Biotec is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead for the spatial biology portfolio in the United States. You will shape go-to-market strategies, drive launches, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, KOLs, and customers to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires 5+ years in life sciences marketing, strong analytics, and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of life sciences marketing experience.
• Ability to analyze market, customer, and competitive data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business plans, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitive activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, KOLs, and customers to identify needs.
• Design multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and revenue.
• Develop rolling sales forecasts in collaboration with Sales.
• Create sales enablement materials and guidelines.
• Lead pre-launch and launch plans for US and Canada.
• Provide field marketing support and participate in customer visits.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic marketing activities.
• Develop pricing strategies with stakeholders to meet objectives.
