Job summary

Rapiscan Systems is seeking an experienced supply chain project manager to plan and execute projects across the Americas service supply chain, focusing on warehousing, transportation, inventory planning, purchasing and order management. Responsibilities include improving spare parts supply chain processes, analyzing data to drive cost savings, and supporting deployment of new tools.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of project leadership in supply chain, with strong ERP and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Foreign Trade, Finance or Supply Chain.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience leading supply chain improvement projects.
• Strong analyzing, planning and project management skills.
• High independence and motivation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal/external resources.
• Solid ERP software experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects to improve spare parts supply chain processes.
• Analyze spare parts data and drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Provide hands-on support to spare parts supply teams.
• Participate in deployment of new tools and technology.
• Support lifecycle management with spare parts catalogue and maintenance processes.
• Uphold company values and ethics.
• Report quality problems to prevent recurrence.
• Duties may be modified to meet business needs.
