Job summary

Sulzer in Easley, SC is seeking a dedicated CSS Spare Parts Sales Representative to provide spare parts quotations, enter orders into SAP, and maintain quotation logs. You will actively communicate with distributors, agents and end-customers by email, phone or in person to ensure accurate, timely quotes and orders.

Travel is limited (< 20%), and you will promote Sulzer's spare parts agreements, track order status, handle partial shipments and address billing inquiries. The role supports ISO 9001 quality procedures and offers a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, bonus and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Provides spare parts quotations to distributors, agents and end-customers.
• Enter Spare Part Orders into SAP.
• Promote spare parts agreements with end-users in cooperation with Account Managers.
• Compile, sort and verify accuracy of order to be entered, keep records of work completed.
• Receive and enters orders for spare parts.
• Track the status of spare parts orders and expedites as necessary. Look after partial shipments.
• Address complaints concerning billing and/or services.
• Direct information concerning customer dissatisfaction to the designated department for investigation.
• Accurately calculate discounts, interest and commissions.
• Travel for customer visits. < 20%
• Update reference data base for installed pumps.
• Take care of sending original documents for all spare parts orders.
• Follow quality procedures according to ISO 9001.

Responsibilities
