Job summary

Aptonet in Georgia is seeking a Procurement/Purchasing Specialist to manage spare parts purchasing, supplier sourcing, PO creation, and ERP records. You will track shipments, inventory, and coordinate with warehouse, service, sales, and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates will have experience in procurement and supply chain, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, spare parts, inventory, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and purchase orders.
• Comfortable working with an ERP/inventory management system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Manufacturing, industrial equipment, material handling, or automation experience is a plus.
